Access to monthly premium CLE

Every month, we will feature a new CLE via a live webinar. This feature CLE will usually center around a current legal case or matter, like the ethics of using ChatGPT, Clarence Thomas and a Supreme Court Ethics Code, or the Murdaugh Murder Trial. The All-Access Subscription will give the attorney access to the monthly feature CLE when it is aired live as a webinar and all replays, in addition to access when it is offered on-demand.

Access to Destination Cruise CLEs

Comedian of Law offers destination CLEs, a great way to earn CLEs at exotic locations. This year, we are doing a Mediterranean Cruise where we will study the Trial of Socrates. The All-Access Subscription gives you access to the CLE portion of this trip. Of course, you would still be responsible for the costs of the cruise and the excursions. But the CLE portion of the costs ($600) would be waived.

While we do the best we can to make sure the most popular classes are renewed continuously, there will come a time when a class expires for a myriad of reasons. The expiration date on all courses is listed on the course description. Because the course is added to the attorney's account when purchased for later viewing, it is the attorney's responsibility to ensure that the course is still active and approved in the attorney's state when the attorney actually watches the video. We can make no guarantees that a class will be approved in a certain state at any given point. If the attorney is licensed in a state for which the class is not approved, the attorney should contact Comedian of Law to see about the possibilities of getting credit for the class. Often, the attorney will be able to submit for approval of a class in the attorney's state and we will be happy to provide the timed agenda and written materials for that purpose to the attorney. In addition, if there is enough demand, we might be able to submit for credit in that particular state.

Refund Policy

There is no refund of the All-Access Subscription once a course has been viewed.
